We just returned from a fantastic week down at Pawleys Island, we had beautiful weather the entire week and it was such fun to get the family together for a week of rest and relaxation. Everett and Rollin were completely and totally obsessed with their cousins- mostly Everett with Violet. It was very funny to see them interact and talk and fight- very funny! Even the 10 hour car ride was not that bad either way- the boys were so well behaved and enjoyed their movies and munching on snacks. We stopped at a few rest stops- honestly, something I have not done in about 20 years, but man, are they perfect! The boys were able to run around for about 30 minutes and by packing our food, we were able to avoid yucky fast food for most of the trip. Poor Rollin had to go to the ER the first night for a bad double ear infection (fever of 104.5, yikes!), but he rallied very quickly and enjoyed the rest of his week.
