This past weekend we were looking for something fun to do on Sunday after nap and we decided to venture down to the Gaylord Convention Center that is fairly new on the Potomac River. We have seen it many times from the highway, but have never stopped. It is a beautiful complex! There are tons of restaurants and shops and the Gaylord Hotel is really nice. When we were looking at all the Christmas decorations, we stumbled upon Ice World, a new exhibit that just opened up. Since it was 9 degrees inside the exhibit, Ben and Rollin waited for us in the sports bar and Everett and I went to explore. We had a great time, Everett loved the big parka they gave him (the smallest size they had!) and we went down ice slides and had such a fun time looking at the beautiful ice scupltures.
